Who will win this rivalry game. Fairfield has struggled these last 2 games losing hard battles against UNDEFEATED GMC foes Colerain 5-1 and Middletown 5-4. But they lady Indians do have a solid win over Lakota West. This is going to be a classic game. Good luck to both squads.

This is the 2nd time I have seen FF play...and they have come upon hard times... The old FF teams were powerful, but this FF team is mediocre at best... I hope they have some FAVC teams on there schedule or they are in trouble...

Colerain and MND continue to impress...

I would agree with you that this is not the best Fairfield softball team ever but I wouldn't go as far as to say mediocre. They are down this year yes but all of their losses are to very good teams. Harrison 5-4 (6-2) Middletown 5-4 (4-0) Colerain 5-1 (6-0) Lakota East 4-1 (8-2)
 
Fairfield did have at least one FAVC team on their schedule, Kings, but they chose to drop them to make up a GMC game. Lakota East has dropped Kings from their schedule as well. I hope this is not a pattern.

Kings gave MND their only loss of the year, a 8-0 drubbing.

kings is no doubt a good team. i doubt they dropped them because of that. i'm not sure how many games last week fairfield was able to get in due to the weather i know some played some postponed and that is probably why they had to take kings off and remake the GMC game.

and lets not forget the season is still young for all these teams and who knows how it will all end up.
