Hall of Fame Game and Festivities Cancelled

The Game scheduled for August 6 between the Steelers and Cowboys
has been cancelled.

The Induction ceremony (and related events) is postponed until next year.

The game and festivities bring a lot of money into Stark County. Some of the hotels down there are experiencing occupancy rates in the single digits and the HOF festivities would have helped them rebound. Between the HOF and the tournament at Invitational at Firestone, August used to be a great month in the area.
