Girls Enrollment Numbers

I researched the OHSAA website for enrollment numbers of about 25 high schools in Central Ohio and found boys numbers are almost always higher. Big school or small school, suburban or city. In my area the two privates also have more boys. Shouldn't the numbers be about the same for boys and girls?

A quick google search revealed the followoing:

There are biological reasons why there are slightly more boys born every year than girls. The 'natural' sex ratio at birth is around 105 boys per 100 girls (ranging from around 103 to 107 boys).
