Findlay Duals?

 
Findlay napoleon olmsted falls wapakoneta new haven Indiana. A team from Cincinnati,otsego not sure of the rest. Will be a good tournament as usual. Logan Web from wapak is a returning state champion.

Wapakoneta has participated in this tournament for several years. My senior year in 2003, we went and it was a great tournament. Taken off Wapak's website, here are the 2010 teams:

Bluffton, Eaton, Lima Shawnee, Findlay, Fostoria, Hicksville, Monroe, Napoleon, Olmstead Falls, Otsego, Wapakoneta, and New Haven, Indiana.
 
The Monroe team is from Michigan. Have been involved in some way with his tourney for 10 years. Is really cool we are getting teams from other states now. Is always good wrestling. This year should be no different.
 
Runner-up @ Findlay

Eaton was 4-1 at this meet last season and dropped a close 34-27 match to Olmstead Falls. Eaton will be returning to Findlay with 8 wrestlers that competed there last season,led by 3 district qualifiers and 2 alternates.Eaton looks to have another successfull season under Coach Silvers.Ott, Moneybrake and Buckler should lead this talented team.

Heard Ott is still at 103,chafin at 112.Odd man out again might be Schaaf.Not sure if everyone will make the wts. they want.Moneybrake should be at 145.They are having wrestle offs tonight w/several of the middle wts. up for grabs.:shrug:
 
112 is the lowest weight that OSHAA will allow him to go based on hydration and body fat %. He can wrestle up but can not go lower than 112, if, according to NWCA site, he certified at 112.

Schaaf will be at 103 and should wrestle well. Ott 112, Chafin 119, and Monebrake 140
 
Can't wait to watch Monebrake wrestle this year. I know he's put alot of work in the off season and is ready to make a run at the state title.
 
ott should be 112 and monebrake should be 140, but not sure for monebrake? might be a hard cut for him. both kids should do well at findlay
 
I think it's starting an hour earlier than it has the past several years though.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Wapak win this one. They are going to have a very tough squad this year. I don't remember if they faced off with Eaton or not, but I know they lost a close one to Olmsted Falls last year, but I don't know what OF brings in this year either.
 
Wapok/Eaton

Never faced each other last year and Eaton came in 2nd behind O Falls.Eaton has 8 returnees,a move-in at 171 and 1 excellent freshman.High hopes for a successfull season!
 
What Monroe Michigan team is it? They have 4 differernt teams that are considered Monroe, and two of them are very good.
Under MHSAA Monroe has
-St. Mary Catholic Central High School--Very good would win the tourney
-Monroe High School --Average Could win it if they wrestle well
-Jefferson High School - Average
-Cantrick High School -Below Average first year program
