Congrats Erick - you deserve it! Watching you break all the Stark County rushing, scoring & TD records has been very entertaining. Good job to all the lineman that have blocked for him as well! GO HOOVER!!
 
 
Congratulations Erick. Even though you pounded Jackson during the past years it was great to watch you play. Now go to an Ohio college so we can cheer for you!
 
Congrats Erick. When you stop and really think about it, almost 750 carries over a two year period that were for the large part between the tackles against all kinds of 8 man fronts designed specifically to stop the run. Just another attest to his physical and mental toughness. Very nice to see the acheivements get statewide notice.
 
Will definitely get a look as last year it was RB by committee. He will need to compete with Broderick Alexander, Dale Martin and DeVoe Torrence for carries. Alexander is a big SO from Georgia who got some playing time towards the end of the year. Martin is a JR that transferred from Louisville two years ago and got some carries throughout the year. Torrence looked pretty good in the couple of starts he received. Akron is also bringing in 3 additional RBs along with Howard.
