Eagle Volleyball Ranked #6 in State

I just wanted to highlight that the Eagle (Spikers? Hitters? Netters? Setters? Bumpers? somebody help me out here) are having a tremendous year. They are ranked #6 in the state and #1 in the North Regional poll. Volleyball is much bigger in Columbus and Cincinnati, and we are clearly the top team in Cleveland this year. We recently won our first round game in the state tourney and play again today (5/20). Congratulations on a great season and lets keep it going.

They defeated Kent 25-13, 25-20, 25-19 and will play the winner of Stow/Ignatius on Sat.

Thanks for the update JJ. I'm guessing it will be Stow on Saturday. Iggy has a pretty abysmal record this year.

Jared Rice is an excellent spiker, but was hurt in the last game and will probably not play tonight against Stow. Hopefully we can get him back by next weekend. Connor Martin is the absolute everything man and MVP of the north region. Andy Pompei is an excellent player also. These are the three leaders of the team.
