I was surprised to see shaw up at hvy besides duals I've never seen results from him at tournaments where he's been at hvy.A few things that stuck out to me:
113 super freshmen vs senior multi time state placer
150 lots of underclassmen vs returning senior placer
157 deep weight should be a good bracket
175 wide open since Williams is out
190 semis should be really good
Hvy Shaw vs Baldridge in semi's probably the best match. Someone will get a terrible draw at state from a 3 seed.
I think he wrestled 215 all year until the IVC tournament and sectionals.I was surprised to see shaw up at hvy besides duals I've never seen results from him at tournaments where he's been at hvy.
He’s dodging Shulaw….I was surprised to see shaw up at hvy besides duals I've never seen results from him at tournaments where he's been at hvy.
Several very good wrestlers have moved from 215. Baldridge, Shaw, Haines Snider, 215 had like 7 of the 8 placers returning this season. It was a log jam. He’s dodging Shulaw….
Shaw and Baldridge already had 1 barn burner this year!A few things that stuck out to me:

138 Interesting 3 of the 4 coming out are from ST district106 Burkhart Dickerson Jenkins Martin
113 Taylor Smith snair epochs
120 buchheit Norris toye child's
126 pidgeon strader steagal hash
132 sacochia Arthur Albright Melvin
138 Carman Dixon reedy beading
144 huck Spencer beatty kaiser
150 Spencer faults Lebeau Bailey
157 paterra myers stump Munro
165 rose Cook Llewellyn parsley
175 Morgan longhenry Dietrich stranger
190 lincicome Haines zinda niceswonger
215 Llewellyn butcher Mobley Miller
Hvy Baldrige Pletcher shaw banks
Those are my extremely uneducated guesses from 1st thru 4th at each weight.
At 138 I have Carman if wrestling to potential clearing the field relatively comfortably. Dixon looks like he has a very bright future. At hoover I saw him give saccochia everything he wanted. Beading I believe just has the best path to qualify.138 Interesting 3 of the 4 coming out are from ST district
157 Have Myers and Paterra had any previous meetings?
175 Dietrich beat Longhenry and Morgan at Cambridge early season.
All good talking points. At 138 I have Carman if wrestling to potential clearing the field relatively comfortably. Dixon looks like he has a very bright future. At hoover I saw him give saccochia everything he wanted. Beading I believe just has the best path to qualify.
At 157 idk if they have I was just going by paterra getting 2nd in state last year lol. Either way I have both qualifying with relative ease.
At 175 I'll admit I did not know that he beat both of them there.
Paterra, at least majors Myers. He’s the real deal! All good talking points.
I agree, Dixon is sound in all positions and has wrestled a very tough schedule. I just don't know enough about the other districts but would guess that only 2 of them make it out.
Myers when he opens up is tough to beat on his feet and Paterra was a pinning machine last year. I think that could be a top 2 or 3 match this weekend.
175 is wide open, even with wins over 2 other projected semifinalists, 3 months to improve conditioning/technique can be huge going into a rematch.
I agree with that.Paterra, at least majors Myers. He’s the real deal!
Straight guess? Might wanna look at past results first. Here is my stab at it, I'm probably way off.

WH qualified 6. 113 (champ), 120, 132, 138 (champ), 150, 285 (champ) plus alternates at 106 and 175.I counted 5 SQ from WH, and they did dominate the district. 37 qualifiers from the East 19 from the other 2 sectionals, about par for the course
Was a great weekend of wrestling. I think West Holmes winning was a rather big surprise as district champs. I would have thought they had 2 or 3 for sure's and ended up with 6 and 2 alternates.A few things that stuck out to me:

I agree seeing some of the seniors, especially those you could tell put in a ton of work, wrestle their last match is pretty tough.WH had a great day, just goes to show previous results do not matter. The post season is my favorite to watch for years. You never know what is going to happen at a competitive Sectional or District . Kids go out the and give it everything to go to the Schott or kids go out there and say screw it im done. My favorite matches are the go to matches, but I hate watching seniors wrestle their last match too.
