No disrespect to the coach who won, but someone explain to me how Carlton Gray doesn’t win DII Coach of the Year? I don’t think I need to post his resume, if you know, you know.

I know I can't tell you a thing about Worthington Kilbourne or how they did, but that could just be me. I do know what kind of schedule Winton Woods played and how they dominated just about everyone they played. Point well made.

Selfish, I thought Kory Santoro in D4, but he wasn't even named COY in the NW district despite two head-to-head wins over the coach that won it. If you don't win it in the district, you're not going to win it in the state.

Carlton should have won hands down! He coaches with a passion and those girls responded. He built the schedule to play quality teams and it showed.
