I brought up the insurance piece months ago, and everyone pretty much told me I was crazy. It pains me to tell you, told you so, and there will be much more of this to come.
To say this sucks is an understatement. Our kids NEED to be in school, period! We need to take simple legislative action to prevent schools and businesses from being held accountable for people getting COVID-19. Problem solved, but that is just too simple for our government leaders.

No, it’s for them to actual feel like they are being head after they announce a delay this week. There are several other sports who are going to be left out, you think they don’t realize that?

The group they are connected to, America's Frontline Doctors, is a subsidiary of the Tea Party Patriots, who are an offshoot of Freedomworks. All of which are far right, no taxes/small government/anti-worker organizations. Breitbart is a safe place for their message to get out.

Our school is in session. Our team is practicing. We are expecting and hoping for the best. We also have done our part for the state to keep positive cases/deaths at bay while enjoying our summer and giving our kids a full slate of sports. Sorry if it isn’t the same for you, puff.

Not every school has adopted the hybrid models. Also, don't think sports won't become an issue for the insurance companies. The OHSAA insurance surely won't cover disease spread from being on close quarters in locker rooms, buses, team meals, meetings, etc.
Because I'm certain no one else cares, I wouldn't respond at all, except it's so stupid and dangerous.

On the 5th June, a press release from Recovery, the largest trial in the UK with 11 000 patients, announced that hydroxychloroquine does not work and that it would be removed from the trial with immediate effect. Hence stopping any patients on the treatment and stopping the inclusion of the treatment.

The study that sparked the latest controversy was anything but randomized. Not only was it not randomized, outside experts noted, but patients who received hydroxychloroquine were also more likely to get steroids, which appear to help very sick patients with Covid-19. That is likely to have influenced the central finding of the Henry Ford study.

Dr Immanuel is also a physician. While some Facebook groups may support certain narratives, it doesn’t discredit any physicians stance. Nor does their political affiliation. Both sides will spell out their narrative. Many physicians do believe in hydroxychloroquine as a therapeutic drug for Covid 19. Is it a cure? We probably will never see a cure. That said, one cannot discredit a physician based upon personal beliefs if said physician has a stance on mediating the virus.
On the flip side, you will find far left narratives that talk out of the other side of the mouth. Big government/MORE taxes/union associated agenda.
These groups will support physicians that support shutdowns. If we can’t take value out of the opinion of both sides of physicians, we are lying to ourselves.
I mean, it is Louisiana, but I might reconsider.

If her religious beliefs as a Christian bother you and that discredits her as a physician, then what kind of tolerance is that from a liberal point of view? We have seen far too much leftist hate in this country.
Back on subject. I think we can all agree that the return to school and sports will eventually be coupled with therapeutics to mitigate the virus. My sincere hope is that hydroxychloroquine or another drug will come along to help those that are vulnerable ease the viral spread and let those of you without schooling options get back.
