Then this program is for you, held every Sunday at 6:00 pm at the Bellarmine Wrestling Facility in Louisville, Kentucky, this program is open to all post-high school wrestlers, regardless of experience level. There's absolutely zero pressure to compete or wrestle live—our focus is on fostering a learning environment. If you're inclined to take it to the next level and compete, we've got you covered too!
