Arguably the greatest rookie QB season ever, no doubt very impressive. Especially leading a team that had double digit losses the previous year. Hats off to the young man, indeed!

It’s a team sport, you don’t assign Ls and Ws to individuals. Especially when discussing a QB and two coaches. Very bizarre behavior.

Yet, when looking up stats on Pro Reference, W-L-T is assigned to the QB.

Wins and losses are assigned to pitchers too. Luckily in 2024 we’re smart enough to know it’s a team stat and not an individual stat.
