How's Everyone's Season Goin?

Wyoming's 3-1...with all their matches being decided 3-2...

they opened up with a tough loss to princeton...but have bounced back against CCD, Lakota East, and Kings today without their number 1 who is out with a sprained ankle...no timetable yet on his return...hopefully by seven hills monday which should be a great match...

Wyoming's two Freshmen have helped decide the last two matches...and the doubles play will be solid throughout...news with anyone else?
 
I heard about wyoming's doubles they are pretty good as well as there singles players i bet they could give ih a few problems this year. WYomings one doubles is pretty good they started 3-0 this year and i believe they were 13-2 last year
 
I saw wyomings first doubles team play last year. If its the same two guys then watch out IH. Those guys were really good, I think they beat Seven Hills last year. could wyoming maybe qualify someone for state?
 
haha i play first dubs for wyoming....i appreciate all the compliments...but we dont really have a chance of goin to state.... its looks like its gonna be the two indian hills teams, the seven hills 2 and 3 singles and the summit singles movin on...if they took 5 teams, maybe....but we would have to get lucky...

speaking of seven hills....yea, we beat them last year in a really close 3 setter....but that was the only match our team won....the rematch is tomorrow at seven hills...should be a good one...look for wyomings freshmen to step up again...
 
im friends with wyomings one and he said he will def be in the line up against 7 hills, he just sat out against kings b/c he didnt think they needed him. i disagree with the idea that wyoming first dubs cant make it out of sectionals at least ih dubs are way down this year
 
Coach's Classic

Wyoming finished 5th in flight B...behind ST. X. B, Turpin, Oak Hills, and Walnut Hills.....pretty strong for havin hennessy out at first singles...

How did everyone else do???
 
Yea, Wyoming has both doubles teams back. Koesterman and Zorn are pretty good at 1st dubs and at 2nd they got Lippert and Forsythe. 2nd dubs has done really well this year and have only lost one match I think. If they beat IH in May, they have 1st team CHL and 1st team all city locked up. And they have a good chance of beating IH's 2nd dubs.
 
HAHAHHAAHHAHAHHA if were talking about the same first doubles team wyoming had last year, what a ----ing joke. those kids were absolute trash. if they make it to state i will never pick up a tennis racket again.
 
WCBALLA. You must think your really good. If you didn't win state last year than you finished just like everyone else. A loser. Putting down players by calling them trash is a sign of insecurity. Keep your head up kiddo:)
 
ha yea well i played them and i know from experience, they have no chance of even making it out of their sectional
 
Alot of teams will struggle to come out of the cincinnati sectional. That part of the state ends up dominating in columbus. I wonder how many players have beaten you WCBALLA and therefore could call you garbage?
 
wow i guess its true what everyone says about wcballa hes complete jerk and thats why everyone hates him in cincinnati, maybe you should get your hair cut instead of taking shots at people you dont know.
 
wow wcballa definitely knows what he's talking about in this though. i played those kids too. they are certainly respectable but i disagree that they have any chance at leaving their sectionals this year. dont be a hypocrite tennisguy08 because you have no idea who wcballa is. he's definitely a good kid. he doesnt think he's really good either he just thinks that the wyoming kids are bad which you should agree too. and All That should definitely not get on people for thinking highly of themselves. look at your name.
 
I'm not knocking people down. Just think calling someone garbage is a little much.:) Saying they won't advance is enough. The only person that could call everyone garbage would be federer, cause he's number one. But he has too much class for that. something we all could learn from.
 
not everyone lives their life on the tennis court and they are probably better then you at something else. you dont see you taking shots at you do you. lay off with the knocking on people.
 
hey yea im sorry i pitch a tent on the tennis court an night when im not playin. im not tryin to be an -------, just to get my point across that those kids are not good.
 
ya i guess they are really bad when they only lost to wyatt lippert and lost to ih, not to mention they also were in the third set with ih before it got canceled. i mean i guess going 13-2 means they suck. good point
 
I just got word that wyoming's 2nd doubles team beat IH. Of course IH beat Wyoming overall, but what a great achievement for Trevor Forsythe and John Lippert. If I'm not mistaken, they wrapped up 1st team CHL and 1st all-city at 2nd dubs.
 
haha im sorry but they lost to 2 differnt west lineups last year. one at the coaches classic, and one in a dual. good try bub
 
yea one of those west teams had you in it most teams would lose, not to mention that the other team was in the backdraw finals of coaches classic in an 8 GAME PRO SET and the score was 8-6 or something else close it easily could have gone either way
 
How about Wyoming stepping it up. Mason Bourbon, Trevor Forsythe, and John Lippert all making it First Team CHL with Andy Koesterman and Stuart Zorn Second Team. Wyoming Tennis is on the rise. All they do is graduate Andy Koesterman while retaining Max Henessy who will hopefully stay healthy next year, along with Mason Bourbon at 2 and Gustav Plattenburg at 3. The rest of the doubles from this year will be Seniors next year.
 
Kudos to Wyoming for getting 3 first-teamers. They will be tough to beat next year with their depth. If they still had that kid who moved away they probably would've been even better.
