Can anyone help with league standings????? Please?

I am trying to compile my annual listing of league standings from the entire state. I am still missing
Buckeye 8 Dayton City EOAC Greater Cleveland Lake Erie Lorain County Mahoning Valley Mid-Ohio Valley Northeast Eight Northeastern Portage Trail (I have league records but I am not sure they are 100% accurate) Southwestern Steel Valley Western Reserve Most independents.

I am looking for league and final overall regular season records

Thanks in advance. It is amazing how hard it has been this year.
 
 
I'm note sure if these are 100% correct, but I pulled these by looking at arbiterlive, high school websites, MaxPreps, hudl, Scorestream, and if the school has a twitter account. There maybe some games that I am missing, but this is what I have or have been made public by these sites.

I believe I have correct league standings for the following and am working on trying to verify overall records for: Chagrin Valley, Great Lakes, Northeastern, Northeast 8, Ohio Capital, Portage Trail, Southwestern
I have nothing for Mid-Ohio Valley and Western Reserve.
Mid-State-I have three sources that don't all agree with each other.
United-No clue
Is the Lake Effect Conference still around?
Also missing overall records for East Dayton Christian, Lake Ridge, Ashtabula St. John, St. Martin de Porres, and Trotwood-Madison

Just a couple of instances. Two sites had Logan Elm 13-1. One had them at 12-1. Liberty Union is either 7-5 or 9-5. Fairfield Union is listed at 7-6 and 7-7 and 6-8. Very confusing.

Logan Elm did go 13-1. Source: their coach.

Liberty Union went 9-5, and Fairfield Union went 7-7.

LU league wins: Hamilton Township (x2), Amanda-Clearcreek (x2), Circleville (x2), Teays Valley (x1), Bloom-Carroll (x1), and Fairfield Union (x1) = 9
LU league losses: Teays Valley (x1), Bloom-Carroll (x1), Fairfield Union (x1), Logan Elm (x2) = 5
