Blue Laws for Red Citizens

 
Does it surprise anyone that the state of Arizona is still refusing to send a murder suspect back to New York City to stand trial? Could it be that after observing how violent criminals in New York area are treated by Braggs, it might be safer for everyone if they Arizona keeps him in custody and in prison for the crimes committed there.
 
Good article, but it states the obvious. The Democrats have used the courts to achieve their political goals for 60 years. If you cannot legislate, litigate! If you cannot win at the ballot box, throw your opponent in the court dock!

The real umbrage should be directed at Republicans who are at worst co-conspirators in this scheme or who at best look the other way.
