Best League in High School Sports

I want to know what League(s) are tops in the country as far as high school sports. you may consider all sports if you wish. obviously GCL-S will get it's credit, and it should. But what are some other Leagues across the country that have 2 and maybe 3 schools that consistently rank in the top of the country, if any even? Just want some feedback.
