band at the outback bowl

hey,
i just wanted to let every one know that the St.Edward marching band played in the Outback Bowl parade and half time show. We were one of 14 band chosen to play from all over the country. We also recieved 3rd place in the parade competition.....just thought you guys would like to know that!!!!:cool: :banana:
 
 
WTG Bandos nice job and hope you enjoyed the lovely weather down in FLA.

Much better weather then the bandos last trip to the Outback bowl when Penn State edged out Auburn University 44-0 in a torrential downpoor. It took three weeks for the bandos to dry out after that game.
 
14 bands were chosen to form one band? No way people could hear the bando's of St. Ed's playng at a huge place like the Outback Bowl. They would have to give each of them microphones to attach to the instruments to hear them with so few band memebers.

Just having some fun with you guys. Nice job to drumstix06 and the rest of the bando's.
