Girls Wrestling Community,
Join us this spring for the inaugural launch of APEX Girls Wrestling Club. This will be an ALL GIRLS CLUB meant to grow the sport of girls wrestling in Northern, Ohio.
We will be hosted out of Lakewood High School in Lakewood, OH. Both Freestyle and Greco Roman Wrestling will be taught on different nights of the week alongside introductory/conditioning practices for new athletes.The days and times of our practices will be set as we get closer to Freestyle/Greco Season.
Let's continue to grow the sport of girls wrestling and empower one another to be the best people and athletes that we can be.
