40% of all murders occur under Soros' prosecutors

False and you know it. There have been multiple posts on Yappi recently of studies and data showing that the areas within a Red State with high crime & murder rates are almost entirely deep blue enclaves within those states.
Typical madam nonsense here. The point is that disingenuous people can play around with statistics. It is apparently the case that governors (and state legislatures) don't matter, have no power to effect outcomes in peoples' lives...health, education, crime rate, drug usage. So, that logic would mean that the national executive and legislative branches are the least meaningful, based on this logic...

Given that, wouldn't the R's try harder at the municipal level? It's as if they don't care...C'mon MAGA....make some demands on these people in politics. They're conceding at the most important level!!!!

Wrong. The point is that statistics are a powerful tool that can be used to shed light on all sorts of things. The key is that those employing statistics understand how to employ them and more importantly do not bastardize them to push an agenda.

You also seem to have a poor grasp of logic. Governors and State Legislatures obviously have less impact on some LOCAL conditions like crime then local government does. That does not directly lead to the conclusion that State & Federal government do not have a big impact on broader aspects of society.

In many places, like Chicago, it would be a complete waste of time for the GOP to make an effort to win at the local level. Republicans focus on where they have a chance to win. And in most cases the communities that they govern have a higher quality of life as a direct consequence of local republican governance. Meanwhile those communities that would never elect a republican keep voting democrat ensuring that they continue to live in 3rd world like hellholes.

Explain Massachusetts. Boston. The Red Line...ever ridden it from downtown Beantown out to Harvard Square? Pretty nice. Out past MIT? That Peruvian busker band always playing those South American flutes when you walk into Harvard Square....like right out of that movie...The Mission...Gabriel's Oboe...beautiful song...

How'd that happen? Mass. sometimes elects R govs but they're the kind that you guys hate (Weld, Romney, etc.).

They have very good income, health, crime statistics...

Explain Massachusetts

I believe that’s true. The Blue cities in Red states. I.e Cincy, Cleveland, Columbus etc.. From the Washington Post January 2023:

In February 2022, CBS News published a report about cities with the highest homicide rate, "Murder map: Deadliest U.S. cities." Of the top 10 deadliest cities in the country, all of them are cities with Democratic mayors. Moreover, of the 65 cities on this list with the highest murder rates, the overwhelming majority had Democratic mayors. And, to quote Clinton, "that's just a fact."

On Nov. 4, the Heritage Foundation released a study showing that "high-crime counties are governed largely by Democrats." It revealed that of the 30 cities with the highest murder rates in the country, 27 have Democratic mayors. Furthermore, of those 27 cities, nearly half (14) have radical left-wing prosecutors funded or inspired by affluent billionaire and leftist political activist George Soros and the Open Society Foundation.

"The high murder rate is almost exclusively cabined in cities run by Democrats and with Democrat district attorneys, many of whom are Soros bought-and-paid-for rogue prosecutors or inspired by Soros, groups like the egregiously misnamed Fair and Just Prosecution and other battering rams of the movement,"
Exactly! but it does not fit the Left's narrative.

Bostons a chit hole, the rest of the state is ok but they have had Pub governors so they can fix stuff from time to time

Number one in education as well . High taxes and expensive yes but successful

That Republican crack to clean things up is nonsense . Just means that people vote for the best candidate . Yes the ones that have been elected are the opposite of MAGA republicans and not far right conspiracy guys . You know people here mostly call Rino’s .,

So, Boston hasn't had a Republican Mayor in almost 100 years. In 2022, Boston had 41 murders (40 in '21). Michelle Wu (D) is the mayor. In Oklahoma City, about the same size as Boston (just under 700,000), with an R mayor (David Holt), they had 73 murders in 2022 (93 in '21). Overall, by average, twice as many.

What's that all about? David Holt must be some kind of murdering, moronic butcher.

County I live in has the lowest crime rate and highest education in the state by a pretty wide margin. Deep, deep red, voted for Trump at 90%. We could do this all day 🤷🏿

That's right...we could...and it's stupid...a big waste of time...UNLESS people are willing to devote a little time to CONTEXT. Kind of like screaming "CHICAGO!!!" all the time. Lots of Chicago is nice. Chicago doesn't have anywhere near the highest homicide rate. BUT, you guys don't care about that when you're goring the ox.

BTW...Chicago MAY elect a "law and order" mayor today.

I could give a flying flip who Chicago elects 😂 and a whole bunch of Chicago is a shyte hole, context

Fresno...Republican mayor...around 540,000 people...60 murders in '22, 74 in '21 and '20...gets some mention in a list I saw of "America's most violent metro areas"...Republican mayor Jerry Dyer...MADMAN!!!!!

Chicago-2021- Lightfoot: 836 murders. Trumps the three you mention by over 600 lives.

The Inconvenient Gun Deaths

"In 2021, 465 children died on the streets of just nine American cities. You should really pay attention to this. In one year in just nine cities, more children died from street shootings than all school shootings in the last 24 years."

But by God you better keep this inconvenient truth out of the public domain.

And, keep on voting for radical leftist fake prosecutors funded by Soros and other anti-Americans.

You do appreciate that thing called "per capita"...right?

Trying to make the numbers fit your narrative I see.

How bout all dem ran cities vs all republican ran cities total murders. You do appreciate real statistics right?

Never said there aren't nice & safe blue areas. There are. At the same time over 95% of the crime ridden hell holes in the US are governed by democrats.

Oklahoma City is a classic example of cherry picking the data. Here's a list of the top 65 cities by murder rate. Oklahoma City is on this list as are a few other city's with republican mayors. But the vast majority of these city's are governed by democrats:

Honestly going off on Soros is just as silly as the years that the left spent losing their sht every day over the Koch Brothers.

Why would State wide data be germane to local murder rates? Sure there might be some 2nd level tangential information of modest value but the fact that the overwhelming majority of high murder rate city's are run by democrats, often for decades, is the primary factor of interest here.
