2025 Pittsburgh Steelers

Still a lot of good players to choose with the first pick today. I’m thinking RB Akers, Taylor, it would be nice if Swift was still there but that’s doubtful.
 
With those 3 RB's still available, one is likely to be there when Pitt picks, if that happens, it would be a great start for their draft.

If Wr they are high on is available Steelers might go that route. I just think they need some juice for the offense.

Yeah. I don’t want to complain about who any team picked or didn’t pick. I haven’t been evaluating 2020 talent for the last year / 18 months. People that do that cause they never heard of the guy are ridiculous. I was looking at the NFL.com list of players that were not drafted. There were a lot of players that I had heard of, apparently that doesn’t make them draft worthy.

I think it's useless to give a grade for a current draft class. I wish they focus on drafts from the mid 2010s. Seems that 2016 was the least productive. 2010 active players still beat that draft.
 
Apparently the STeelers made Dalton a better offer than what he accepted in Dallas.
After seeing how cheaply Winston was signed, I was hopeful the steelers could get Dalton at a very good price to backup BR>

Where did you see this. I saw someone else mention this on Facebook. I didn’t see anything in the Pittsburgh press. He gave Dallas the hometown discount.

Even if the allegations are true, looks like Tomlin was giving him money after the fine and not paying for an illegal hit BUT it is something that other team's fans are likely to bring up. I don't think it is a big deal and I hate the Squealers

Saw a story on Fox.com that the Steelers had 6 FALSE positive Covid tests and that those players will be back practicing on Monday. Other teams including the Jets have seen similar results. I hope they clear whatever is going on up before the season begins.

Why can’t Steeler fans be on a Browns/ Bengals thread or Bengal fan on a Steeler thread? Who cares? Their seasons are intertwined, in the same Division. It’s interesting to get other fans perspective.
