  • Pay close attention to rehydration instructions with pedialyte (sp?) and glycerol. If you only need 1-8lbs the bath is all that is needed, past that you will have problems rehydrating. Each "bath" will cut about 1-1 1/2 lbs of water and not from the muscles, as running does. If there is more than one match it is important to keep drinking water in between matches and take something that inhibits lactic acid build up...you can easily look that up also on google.
