If Biden had not torn down trumps border wall this undocumented immigrant couldn't have entered the country and this is a nonstory
Which numbers and how will it change them? They are moving forward with a "Conception Bill" which changes these numbers...
Doesn't change anything about how this was reported. Happy got lucky that this became true. (pending DNA tests)
Now, how about that claim that it was illegal for her to get an abortion in Ohio based on her?
You’re still wrong. The abortion would have been legal in Ohio under said law.Because the Pro-Rape Ohio Taliban did not make an exception for rape and incest and 10 year olds do not have an understanding of their bodies or the ability to get a pregnancy test.
The current heartbeat law makes no exceptions for rape or incest
It makes exception for life/death of the mother and a 10 year old going to full term falls under this OBVIOUSL.Let's Recap:
1. Joe did not lie. A 10 year old girl was raped and a man was arrested. Making AG look like a partisan fool.
2. Frecriss and the AG do not understand the current triggered abortion law in Ohio. Heartbeat bill makes NO exception for rape or incest.
NO SHE WAS PAST SIX WEEKS!!!You’re still wrong. The abortion would have been legal in Ohio under said law.

The exception is.... (straight from the law..... ORC 2919.195B)It was not law until post Roe
Lets Recap:
2. Ohio does not have an exception for rape or incest.
Doesn’t matter when considering life/death/Heath of the mother.NO SHE WAS PAST SIX WEEKS!!!
Yes it does.THERE IS NO PROVISION IN THE CURRENT LAW THAT STATES THAT.
Once all the facts are in, the "small w" will be acknowledged on the story only. (even if he lucked into it )Meh, I’m willing to give happy a lowercase w on this one. He definitely needs it. lol.
Slappy for the loss again. The exception is.... (straight from the law)
(B) Division (A) of this section does not apply to a physician who performs a medical procedure that, in the physician's reasonable medical judgment, is designed or intended to prevent the death of the pregnant woman or to prevent a serious risk of the substantial and irreversible impairment of a major bodily function of the pregnant woman.
Anyone with half a brain would look at a year 10 old girl and say.....
"Yeah, the second part of this exception applies to a 10 year old"
Who declares her life danger. By the law if she is healthy and able to conceive a child she would be forced to deliver. There is no medical exception for age and there are no medical complications. Just take the L like Freicriss and Yost.Yes it does.

You've obviously never witnessed a live birth or a stillbirth.Who declares her life danger. By the law if she is healthy and able to conceive a child she would be forced to deliver. There is no medical exception for age and there are no medical complications. Just take the L like Freicriss and Yost.
And this is why the Slappy and the Left are dreading Nov... They're just not smart.Once all the facts are in, the "small w" will be acknowledged on the story only. (even if he lucked into it )
He's hell bent on claiming there's no exception to any abortion in Ohio for any reason.....
The doctor....Who declares her life danger. By the law if she is healthy and able to conceive a child she would be forced to deliver. There is no medical exception for age and there are no medical complications. Just take the L like Freicriss and Yost.
According to what Allsports posted it looks like the doctor makes that determination.Who declares her life danger. By the law if she is healthy and able to conceive a child she would be forced to deliver. There is no medical exception for age and there are no medical complications. Just take the L like Freicriss and Yost.
I am assuming you just didn't bother to read as usual. The exception is.... (straight from the law..... ORC 2919.195B)

Holy moly.....Do you have a medical professional willing to testify to that? There is nothing in the real world or this law that states the law does not apply to a ten year old. The Ohio Legislature does not have half a brain and wrote a law that forced her to go out of state.

Physicians make determinations based on their reasonable, medical judgement everyday. Do you think they will suddenly become stupid?Do you have a medical professional willing to testify to that? Got any other theories there, champ?Any proof the rapist got her pregnant?
So why go to Indiana when abortion in this case would be legal in Ohio?
I read....how can a doctor say her life is in danger if she is healthy? The doctor would be taking a big risk especially with Ohio Taliban judges.According to what Allsports posted it looks like the doctor makes that determination.
