Normandy, Valley Forge and Parma need to be one school, and they would be able to compete
I dont think any of these schools are falling apart, maybe FM idkBradford and Covington. Arcanum and Franklin Monroe.
Columbiana County only needs 3 or 4 school districts. It will have happen eventually with the continued loss of population/revenue. Nobody is going to push it locally, it has to happen at the state level.11 public high schools in the district (wiki)
Who and why would you merge
Yes, allow them to play with another school. The only one that comes to mind is Vanlue.
The rest have enough students to give a good education, which is the only thing we should actually be worried about.
We need co-ops to help numbers issues.
