Oh for crying out loud - Direct extermination and habitat loss is to blame for almost all recent animal extinctions and for those animals on the brink of going extinct. If your family goats were the most precious things you owned and it was all that stood between your family and starvation you would shoot & poison every snow leopard you could find.
If you want to save these animals:
* raise the standard of living around the world.
* create an economic incentive for the locals not to destroy the habitat and kill the wildlife
* provide cheap abundant energy (coal) to the locals so they don't have to cut down every tree and bush to provide cooking fires and heat.
Focusing on preventing global warming won't help nature at all. And the extent it takes our eyes off the real things we can do to protect the environment it damages the cause.

No one is denying the climate is changing, nor that it has changed for millions of years ...........long before humankind.
Most of us are just smart enough to know that humans have no tangible impact on climate change and it is pure folly to think otherwise.
Lastly, embracing Marxism as the (false) answer to a non-problem is about the most absurd notion we have ever heard. Stop the insanity, please.

This is a great example of the lie that you and others fall for. The truth is that Polar Bear numbers are higher now then they've been for the last 50 years. There is NO evidence that Polar Bear numbers have been impacted by Global Warming. In fact the evidence is just the opposite.
You forgot to airbrush out those huge icebergs IB.
Watts is doing us a service by providing an outlet for different scientific views on climate change.
