Per 419sports.com, Dre White has been named head coach at D4 Upper Scioto Valley replacing Jeff Kloepfer. Coach White spent 4 seasons as head coach at Ada compiling a 24-70 record before stepping down prior to the '20-'21 season.

Per Matt Goul (cleveland.com) twitter, D2 Rocky River Lutheran West has hired Jordan Duke as head coach replacing Nick Gallo. Duke was formerly the head coach at Cleveland Central Catholic.
 
Degraff Riverside has named Tim Woods its head coach replacing Seth Bodenmiller. Woods was previously Jr. High coach at Riverside

Per Zach Fleer/270 Hoops twitter, D1 Central Crossing (Grove City) has hired Brett Cahill as their head coach replacing Neil Hohman. Cahill has been an assistant at Dublin Scioto the past two seasons following eight years as head coach at Jonathan Alder.
 
Per cincinnati.com, D3 Cincinnati Clark Montessori has hired Cashmere Wright as their head coach replacing Sam Guilford.

D4 Edgerton will name Brett Grieser as their head coach replacing Matt Ripke pending board approval per Edgerton Local Schools. Grieser is the elementary school principal at Edgerton.
 
D3 Swanton will name Bruce Smith as their head coach replacing Joel Visser pending board approval per Swanton Local Schools. Coach Smith has been an assistant at Swanton the past two seasons. He was previously the head coach at Delta, Toledo Whitmer, and Sylvania Southview. Smith was the head coach of the Toledo Whitmer team that was the D1 state runner-up in 2012.

Per Defiance Crescent-News twitter, D3 Tinora (Defiance) is hiring Kris Lymanstall as their head coach replacing Paul Wayne pending board approval. Coach Lymanstall has been an assistant at Tinora the past 15 years
 
Per the Akron Beacon Journal, Brody Jackson has been hired at D3 Akron Manchester to replace long-time coach Gene Schindewolf. Jackson will also serve as the AD.
 
Per Zach Fleer (270 Hoops) twitter, D1 Marysville has hired Mark Tinklenberg as their basketball coach replacing Ryan Grose. Coach Tinklenberg has been a long time assistant at Dublin Coffman.
 
Brett Kopp is the new head coach at D1 Piqua replacing Steve Grasso per Piqua Athletics twitter. Kopp was formerly the head coach at Tipp City Bethel.
