Whenever there is any measure to make voting easier and more accessible one party is against. Why is the GOP so anti-democracy?

The Supreme Court decided it was too dangerous to have people appear before the court for arguments... but not too dangerous for them to wait in 5-hour lines to vote.

Lines are 4-5 Hours in certain polling locations. It would be great if the citizens punished the GOP chicanery. I may even pray for it.

Would think that it would be somewhat troublesome to anyone who touts the constitution and a free government to watch what is going on in Wisconsin. Very real possibility that these same issues will carry into the general. In this case it is the republican party but it very easily could be the democratic party if the roles were reversed.

It is a preview for the how the GOP playbook will work in the fall.

In Ohio, Counties run the elections, they decide where to put polling places; it makes no sense that in the Democratic controlled counties that they would deliberately make it harder for voters who overwhelmingly vote Democratic.
The last election I worked was the one where they publicized problems with long line in a few precincts in Cleveland; what was not publicized was that the longest lines were in Warren & Delaware county, both heavily Republican counties. The reason was the inept election officials in those counties, not a partisan war against voters.
