So if a player suddenly gets less playing time the district could be sued? I highly doubt that?
Considering North Canton was sued for suspending/benching a player for vaping I do not think it is crazy to think a lawsuit would be brought up. The Supreme Court has made a ruling so there is precedent. Regardless of opinion on the subject, this is something I think an organization like the ACLU or a publicity seeking attorney would love to take on.
