Yes, North runs their program differently than Central. At Central, the Freshmen that play varsity only play varsity even if they could also play JV or Freshman. North had a player #22 that scored two Touchdowns against Lancaster Varsity this past Friday that played in the Freshman game as #11 against Central last week. No Sophomores play on the Central Freshman team and all 50+ players typically get playing time. North plays Sophomores on the JV B team while there were several Freshman that did not get in. Central doesn’t have any 16 soon to be 17 year old Freshmen. At Central, if a player gets kicked out of a Freshman game, they have to sit out the following game just like a varsity player would. At North they just play them with a different number and hope nobody notices. With that said, these are all excuses and Central still should beat that group North put out their regardless of their grade. If all of Central Freshmen played in that game, it would have been a blowout like the past two years. Nobody at Central is worried about this game or the 2023 class. But North made the plays they needed to make and deserved to win the game. You mean PN jv "B" team right?......right
