In their first year as a a team the Warriors Boys bowling team is 11-3 so far and 2nd place in the GWOC Central

you guys bowl up at marian right? man im up there all the time...bowl saturday mornings there. Do those scores include bakers?
 
Yikes! Behave cj haha. Last time I checked cj has had a team for more than just one year. I bowled the first few years that the gcl had a bowling league and those numbers surprisingly aren't too much lower than many of the first year programs. Keep up the good work WHS and I hope to see those scores go no where but up.
 
Only 2 baker games

I believe Wayne is in the GWOC and they bowl only 2 baker games as opposed to 4 in the GCL. I know when some of the teams in the GWOC bowl outside of their conference, they sometimes bowl 4.
 
whats the line-up on their team? if they bowl at marian i probably know one or two people on that team. and by the way, i didnt mean to sounds crappy when i asked if those scores included bakers. i thought maybe they didnt, and if so...they would be amazing.
 
After Friday the Warriors are 9-2 defeating North : Wayne 2262, Springfield North 2121.

They are now tied for 2nd with Beavercreek in the Central, behind Fairmont, who are also 9-2 in conference, but 10-2 overall, while both Wayne and Beavercreek are 9-2 in conference and overall.
 
Wayne defeated Fairmont in a close matchup, 2470-2460, to remain in first place at 11-2 overall and conference.
 
having played troy (and beaten them HAHA!!!) i can tell you from experience they are a very deep team. and they also run very hot, cold. if you get them on a good day...almost no-one can beat them (thus they won the holiday classic). but if you catch them on a bad day...you do stand a chance. However...they are almost guaranteed to shoot 2400 (2 games + 2 bakers) so you guys need to bring the A game. finally, although you guys are at home, troy is not at much of a disadvantage. having bowled at their house in troy and at marians too (probably over 10,000 times...no joke) i can say they are VERY similar. both are old wood lanes and have a tougher, longer shot. troy should feel comfortable on those lanes. however...good luck and i'll be there rooting for you guys.

prediction: i would like to see wayne win, but im sorry troy is just to strong. look for troy to win 2450 to 2315.
 
I don't know if they had the match yesterday or not. I was not able to go, and since both schools were closed yesterday, I am not sure if it was cancelled or not. The GWOC website said that the team records were updated today, but neither Troy or Wayne records were changed.
