The friday scrim. scheduled for warren may be moved to north Canton because Warren's field is not ready. I'll keep you posted as I find out.
 
 
The Friday Scrimmage is going to be at North Canton.

It is a three way scrimmage with Warren Harding and Mentor.

JV is to begin at 6:00 and varsity at 7:00.


Tuesday Scrimmage is JV at 9:00 AM and varsity at 10:00 AM against Ashland. The Freshman teams will be held at the same time but at the frosh field.
 
That is GREAT news. I should be able to catch both scrimmages this year. Good luck to all the Vikings!!! I can't wait to see you all in action.

Harding 1 Hoover 0 - debateable whether harding would have scored in a real game since they didn't mark off penalites

Hoover 0 Mentor 0

Hoovers defense was great tonight except for one screen play where harding got out and took it in for an apparent touchdown only to be called back for a clip at the 7. They then spotted the ball at the 7 and then didn't mark off an offsides penalty (only called penalties, didn't mark them off to save time) I believe it took 5 trys to score from the 7.

All in all a great showing for North Canton - I Can't wait for next Friday.

I told you i was sincere about the Vikings being the most underrated team in the Federal League.

Offense sells tickets and defense wins championships.A good defense keeps you in a game(Any game all year)and in the position to win the game.

The offense will come around,and when it does Hoover will be hard to beat by ANYBODY in the Fed.
