reasons given for dismissal?
I can't find another news source confirming this story. No reason given by Fox 19. I don't think it's a stretch to speculate that WH lack of success on the field in recent years contributed. Recent records in ECC:
2015 0-7 in ECC, 2-8 overall
2014 0-7 ECC, 0-10 overall
2013 2-4 ECC, 4-6 overall
2012 2-4 ECC, 5-5 overall
Bad move. Good coaches are hard to come by and good men even harder.
Im thinking same thing and I also heard Purcell's Coach may be out also:wall bang: And Middies may follow suit:shrug:
All three programs are very unappealing jobs that won't attract the best candidates.
Excellent opportunity for unproven young coach.
Thank goodness they dont anymore because white folks have turned Eden Park into Heroin Park.
Because "black folks" don't do heroin? :Ohno:

Yea. But any quality, established coaches or former coaches will stay away. I'm not sure if I would want to risk the stain on my coaching resume at Walnut, Purcell or Middletown. The Purcell and Middletown practice facilities are a joke. Purcell use to practice at Eden Park. Thank goodness they dont anymore because white folks have turned Eden Park into Heroin Park. The possibility of the Elder job opening up is much more appealing IMO.
Now, hold on there Mister.......You mean to tell me that soccer mom looking lady in the mini van up at the Overlook, who bummed five bucks from me for gas to get back to Glendale was lying.......Damn!!!!

Why no experienced coaches would be interested in WH? They've had some decent teams from time to time....and I've only been in the school and on the field, not in the weightroom but the facilities seem good enough at one of the best high schools in the state...
And your experiences with the addiction problem is very interesting to me although probably for another forum...

Peanut, I'm not buying into all these openings. Where the heck did Fairfield and Middletown come from?

Krause will be moving on. I was shocked also.

Well Walnut definitely has the facilities. The weight room is top notch. The field and stadium is a perfect setting -almost College like:crush:
The key would be getting the right athlete/scholar into Walnut-test to get in
It is difficult to coach athletics in the current Cincinnati Public School structure because it seems like the each schools administration, particularly the principals, have power and rule over sports teams. Some of them don't support athletics like they should.
I'm sure that some black folks do heroin too, I've dealt with 100s of addicts and never seen a person of color addicted to heroin.
