The OHSAA has begun discussing the possibility that fall sports could be delayed

Strictly an opinion, but not only is sports dead, but also much of the economy. Earning season coming up
for the stock market. Sales and revenue are down so market has much further to fall. Small businesses are what affect smaller communities and with the virus threat, people will not risk crowds to become infected. Restaurants, movie theatres, college & pro games , malls, etc are in big trouble. Open up a city, state or the country and people will still stay home. The vaccine is needed. Many businesses are going under because they will lose much of their clientele and smaller crowds pressure the bottom line. Food shortages are looming as meat plants are already hit. This thing is only just getting started, not ending. Life and death choices alter human reactions. As job losses mount, so too does the economy tank as this is now a 70% consumer economy. Recovery is years away and that is only when a bottom forms. We are nowhere near that yet.

Not if you’re paying attention. Some people that have the virus show no symptoms, if that person died without symptoms the virus did not kill them. Explain why NY added 3700 deaths to bring their total to 10,000 when those 3700 were never even tested for the china virus? They just said well they died so it must have been the virus.
Some people aren't stupid...but they are carriers.

Please don’t get on here trying to talk common sense with some of the people on here. There are some on here who still believe we will be back to normal by mid May and that spring sports will still be played. ?

Oh gee, look. Ohio has 15 deaths that aren't confirmed. But I'm sure those are fake and made up too, right?

The CDC recently started reporting both cases AND deaths that can, with almost certainty, be linked to the virus even without a test or comfirmation. Which was needed, because testing is a joke right now.


But I'm sure these numbers are just a Democratic hoax meant to scare people, right?

Oh they’re dead, that’s for sure. I never said or implied that numbers were fake or made up....try to follow along. The 87 year old in hospice with a DNR that died WITH the virus maybe didn't die BECAUSE of the virus. I know it's a challenging concept but if you'd think for yourself instead of listening to the girl doctor, who has been alarmingly wrong, you might be able to wrap your head around it.
So again WHY did NY add 3700 to their death toll in order to get to 10,000? 3700 that were not tested.

We all have our wants and desires, but nobody knows what the outcome will be.
 
The thing to remember is that these outbreaks usually have a second wave. If it is too large, or if people overreact to it, things can go backwards in a hurry.
