I come bearing news. White smoke emits from the Dockclave, and we have a regular season champion of The Dock for 2023.

26. @gc8 (Lee County, FL; Pickerington North) 45-45 + 5-5 = 50-50

t24. @ceebass13 (Columbus or Greater Youngstown; Warren JFK) 47-43 + 5-5 = 52-48

@gcfqn (Somewhere beautiful in greater Central Ohio; Grove City and the Muskingum Valley League) 40-40 + [5-5 + 7-3] = 52-48

23. @LCL (Pataskala/Licking County; Licking Heights) 47-43 + 6-4 = 53-47

t21. @ElDuderino (southern Delaware County; Olentangy Berlin and/or Lakota West/GMC) 49-41 + 5-5 (I KNOW YOU WISH YOU WOULD’VE TABBED GERON AND THE ROCKS ON THAT ‘ROAD TEAMS’ ROUND ROBIN) = 54-46

@Hoist the Black (Orrville/Wayne County; Dalton enjoyer and tomato can hater) 48-42 + 6-4 = 54-46

t18. @bballfan48 (Columbus/Grove City; Grove City Christian) 51-39 + 4-6 = 55-45

@trimblefootball (Glouster/Athens County; Trimble) 50-40 + 5-5 = 55-45

@watty1991 (Columbus/NW Franklin County; Bishop Watterson) 52-38 + 3-7 = 55-45

t16. @PeterBlack (Portage County; Garfield) 49-41 + 7-3 = 56-44

The Dock 49-41 + 7-3 (YESSIR, STALLIONS ~for week 10 purposes only~) = 56-44

t14. @LICKING COUNTY FAN (Hebron Lakewood/Licking County; All Around the World) 52-38 + 5-5 = 57-43

@ayCC! (Toledo/Lucas County; Toledo Central Catholic) 51-39 + 6-4 (nice job on Coffman!) = 57-43

13. @Burreaux (Pike County/general deep southern Ohio; Waverly) 52-38 + 6-4 = 58-42

t11.@auscon (Chillicothe; Chillicothe) 55-35 + 4-6 = 59-41

@Piman1958 (Greater Cincinnati; West Clermont) 54-36 + 5-5 = 59-41

t8. @TriangleMan (Canton/Stark County; Canton Central Catholic) 56-34 + 5-5 = 61-39

@Almost Prideful (Greater Youngstown area?; South Range appreciator) 55-35 + 6-4 = 61-39

@MSU2016 (Greater Dayton Area) 26-14 + 5-5 = 31-19. **31/5 & 19/5 = 6 & 4 — adjust 6 x 5 and 4 x 5 for first half of season. “30-20 first five weeks <wink>” 31-19 + 30-20 = 61-39

t6. @WJ-OSU-STEELERS (Madison County; West Jefferson) 57-33 + 5-5 = 62-38

@nwwarrior09 (Greater Dayton; GWOC and CBC respecter) 47-33 + [7-3 w/ BONUS + 7-3] = 62-38

5. @danville96 (Knox County; Danville) 56-34 + 7-3 = 63-37

4. @JokesOnYou (Columbus/Canal Winchester; Harvest Prep) 58-32 + 6-4 = 64-36

…and here is where it got weird…

So, going into week 10 it was Zunardo and utsherman tied at 60-30 apiece. Big GLHS was two games back. When utsherman wrote his picks, he had one pick that was not a mutual pick of Zunardo’s. Like I said, he was going for the gold undisputed! The game with conflicting picks was Westerville Central vs New Albany.

Here is the week 10 winners, and how it ultimately played out among those three.

Week 10 winners (this time in descending order of most consensus converted to least among the three finalists)
Gahanna (Z, ut and Big)
Anderson (Z, ut and Big)
Elder (Z, ut and Big)
Perkins (Z, ut and Big)

Anthony Wayne (Zunardo, utsherman; Big GLHS)
New Albany (Zunardo, Big GLHS; utsherman

St. Edward (Big GLHS; Zunardo, utsherman)
Springfield (Big GLHS; Zunardo, utsherman

DeSales (Z, ut and Big
Coffman (Z, ut and Big)

HOW TO READ THIS TABLE: had Perrysburg defeated Anthony Wayne, Big GLHS would’ve been the regular season champion.

t2. @utsherman (Columbus suburbia) 60-30 + 5-5 = 65-35

@Big GLHS (Columbus/Gahanna; Gahanna-Lincoln) 58-32 + 7-3 = 65-35

1. @Zunardo (Columbus/Obetz; Hamilton Township) 60-30 + 6-4 = 66-34

you missed an opportunity for…

Darbi Boddy
John Boehner
David Hobson
Jim Renacci
Urban Meyer
Dwight Tillery
Mean Jean Schmidt
Ogre 1
David Brandt
Martin Sheen

Technically, Boehner could be used for Lakota West as well since that's where his kids should have gone. Or I guess regular Lakota. I had no idea Darbi Boddy was that well-known, thankful to have gotten away from that train wreck. If you've never seen Google Earth on Boehners old place inside Rolling Knolls (or maybe he still lives there for all I know) it's pretty interesting, some strong private road in Muirfield Village vibes, except it's Rolling Knolls

I wanted to use Bill Seitz for one of them, but my understanding is he’s a west sider true & through.

>Four seed upsets in Region 2
>hell yeah Liberty
>indifferent on Perrysburg
>really not a fan of da ORB getting indulged
>what was the fourth upset again

>oh, that’s right, the Pacers lost

I kept wondering if Dwight Twilley had ever roomed with Ric Ocasek at an OSU dorm or something. Finally realized I was looking at it wrong.
Growing up I always thought his name was “Rico Casick” and spelled as such. At least that’s how my dad pronounced his first name, with the long i.

10-0 is just a state of mind. But if MILF lords go down this week, I'll be LUCKY to have the same win percentage as the jars.
The word elsewhere on here is that the QB of the school for the City that Gets Its Name from a Town in Connecticut has been hurt, and their QB2 was their WR1. Maybe the train rolls just as fine in their air raid, but I unironically believe in the Massive school’s ability to put on for the GMC in the round of 32 in light of those circumstances.

You know nothing happens over there in Milford without AP finding out about it. As an aside, thanks for trying to save my picks. It reminds me of a teacher I once had that would always find an incorrect answer or two ("Are you SURE you meant to circle this one"), and send me back to my desk before I could turn in my test. Sir, I just want to get a C- and go get lunch.

P.S. I wonder if @dnis30 looks like a more traditional Ric-O.
