final results: tallmadge 220, hoban 220. uh-oh, it's a tie!
tie-breaker goes to the 5th best score in which tallmadge had a 65 and hoban had a 61. shiesty. i keep thinking, what if i made a put... or what if i didn't drive the ball in the boonies. oh well, we lost. *sigh* again.

You play the one position, correct? Nice Job! Quit beating yourself up over every shot missed. You obviously made more than a few good ones. If there is any advice I can give to you here it is only worry about those things that are within your control. As the number 1 you did your job, you outscored your opponents best player and did it quite handily. It is your teamates here that needed to step up to the plate and deliver. Encourage them and over time they will pick up the slack. By the way, why do they use the number 5 scores and not the number 1's. That would seem more fair to me. Or have a one on one sudden death playoff. That is more along with the competitive spirit of the game, don't you think?

i agree with you. i guess they do it to make everyone involved. if the #5 and #6 scores tied, then the top 4 from both teams would play in a sudden death over one hole. i wish we did it as the #1 from each team played in sudden death, we mighta won!
