Tallmadge-Green week 3 will be a huge game for sure. Next week, East and Barberton have great opportunities to show that they are for real with road games at Dover and Stow. Additionally, if Woodridge is able to upset West Branch, they need to be in the conversation.

1. Hoban
2. Walsh
3. Hudson
4. Stow
5. Nordonia
6. Tallmadge
7. Green
8. SVSM
9. East
10. Barberton

After a pretty good battle for the starting QB spot, Poder surprised many by going with a freshman QB. Talented kid, looked good against Falls, but I would probably look good against the poor Tigers. :( Will be interesting to see how it pans out when the schedule gets tough. Like the rest of the season

Tallmadge vs Green should be good. Im rooting for Green but I'm high on Tallmadge this year. They have some really good skill players. Should be a real good game.

So many question marks going into week 2. Stow is playing a freshman at QB and even with that beating up on lowly CF is no measure of quality. Is Wadsworth on its way back making the Barberton loss less concerning? Is Twinsburg finally the real deal? SVSM started a sophomore at QB and they got manhandled by a very good Glenville squad. Green and Tallmadge both played struggling squads that make their big wins less impressive. Lots and lots of questions.

Barberton better figure out how to run the football or their best case scenario is 5-5 and a first round exit from the playoffs

That SVSM/Buchtel game and the Glenville win over Avon tells us a lot about SVSM, Barberton and Stow.
Does it, though? I feel like STV is going to roll Buchtel, and we won’t know anything more about either team. Barberton and Stow…I don’t even know what to make of them at this point, as both have proven me wrong, and oddly enough, right.

That was a typo on my part. I meant SVSM/Barberton but my fingers were a week ahead of my brain!

I think SVSM/Barberton coupled with Glenville/Avon told us that Glenville is so solid that we can't judge SVSM completely by that loss, that SVSM is better than we thought, and that Stow is not very good.
