Soccer beats Colerain 1-0 in 2 OTs

The Lancers soccer team beat our neighborhood rivals in the opening round of the sectional tournament 1-0, scoring their only goal in the second overtime. Lancers move on to face St. Xavier in the next round on Thursday at St. Xavier.
 
 
Colerain's record was 7-3-4 at the time of the sectional draw while our Lancers were 3-6-5 at the sectional draw.

Our goalkeeper, Mack Robinson, had five saves while Sam Tegge scored our lone goal. The team record is now 6-6.
 
St. Xavier turned the tables on us winning 1-0 in the second ovetime just like we beat Colerain 1-0 in the second ovetime. Oh well, we were big underdogs anyway. Golf and soccer have now ended their seasons. Cross country starts their post season Saturday at the District meet at VOA park at 10:00 a. m.
