With the schedule hitting week 9, Senior Nights are going to be in full swing across the state tonight. Some schools have already had theirs, a lot will have theirs tonight, and the remainder next week.
These ceremonies are ever so important. I don't care if you were an athlete in a fall sport, a coach, a cheerleader, a band member, a videographer, an administrator, or even a parent volunteer - you all have put in the effort to make this game we call Friday Night Football so special. Bluntly, without your efforts, this game doesn't happen.
So especially to our youth, thank you for all that you have done for your schools. In just a few short years it will be your turn to support those coming up behind you to keep this game special.
