I'll try to do a better job this year. I'm at a computer more often now.

East has a chance against Lincoln West and Rhodes and maybe John Marshall. Their only win last year was over Rhodes 22-14. They lost to Lincoln-West 20-18 and lost to John Marshall 10-6.

3-7 is the best case scenario, but 0-2 wins is quite possible.

week 4 is updated, as much as I can get it. The Canada website had STM's game last Friday, but Joe Eitel has it as today. I tend to trust his judgment. I'm sure he'll be on top of things.

I guess St. Francis' game this week was cancelled.

Can't take BSF for granted, as they did beat Ignatius last year. But they won't have Doug Worthington and Co. this time around, and they appear to be a little less formidable this year. I feel good about our chances of being 6-0 going into the St. Ignatius game.

No. It will be 84 at the end of the season (or less if BSF or PCC don't have a playoff game Week 10).

Do you ever recall a team having a lower divisor than that?

I guess now the only question is who do we play in the first round?

Would anyone want to see a Holy War rematch or is it better to avoid that all together? It would at least be more exciting than North Olmsted or JFK.

We might as well play them in the first round. they will be coming off of two losses and won't have Parris or Ryan. A first round game would also be played at Lakewood, where there's more wind than almost any other place in the area. It could also be very demoralizing for Ignatius which is always nice. If Edmonds' turf toe is a little better and Ryan isn't on that DL then the running game could be much improved. Kirbus will be running for his life.

Believe It! I'd have to agree with all your points. I think it's about time for a Playoff Holy War and what better time than now?

My current projections seem to make a playoff Holy War a long shot this year. We should finish #1, and Ignatiuss will likely be 6 or 7, putting Glenville in the way of a playoff rematch.

yeah it does look like we won't get Ignatius, but thats also good because our first two games will be against the likes of Strongsville, Brush, North Olmstead, Euclid, and JFK. Those are games should be easy wins. As much as it pains me to see Glenville have the honor of beating Ignatius, I can't imagine they will be in good shape when the meet us in the Regional final after playing Ignatius and Solon in consecutive weeks while Eds gets a could of easy Ws against JFK and North Olmstead.
