AKRON, Ohio — Austintown Fitch denied Walsh Jesuit a chance at reaching Firestone Stadium in Akron this weekend for the OHSAA state softball championships.
That leaves just one area team, Tallmadge, left with a shot at a crown in any of the OHSAA’s four divisions that will compete in the semifinals and finals June 1-3.
