New Divisions

OHSAA

Supposed to be released yesterday, official divisions are pending. When the do, will list out each change. From tentative enrollment numbers possible notable movers:

Trotwood Madison (D3 —> D2)
Kettering Alter (D4 —> D3)
Ontario (D4 —> D3)
Johnathan Alder (D3 —> D4)
St. Clairsville (D4 —> D5)

Should shake some things up for some teams, excited to see the new divisions. If it’s like last year, OHSAA attaches a spreadsheet with teams that moved highlighted and the reason the moved (Opt, EMIS, or CB)

"The OHSAA also said divisions for golf, girls tennis, soccer, and girls volleyball will be announced April 28, and divisions and playoff regions for football will be announced May 1." Columbus Dispatch *4/24/25

Johnathan Alder was already in D4 R15
 
The full list of teams directly touched by competitive balance in one way or another:

A yellow oval in the 4th column indicates a change in division from last year (column 5). Column 3 is the division the team would be in if competitive balance did not exist at all.

I was surprised to see that by size alone, my Lancers would be D3, not D2.
