Every decent vegan meal I've had, and I've had some REALLY good ones (none of them prepared by me, lol), were not "hamburger" this or "bacon" that. Strong agree with this meme. Why try to be something you're trying not to be?

If in Ann Arbor, The Lunch Room is worth your time if looking to try something foreign. Their bakery items are doesn't make sense good. I've shared muffins from there with many friends all saying, best they'd ever had. Hell, I got a fruit/granola yogurt that just settled my gut and it took me two days to realize, yogurt isn't vegan. Whatever the hell it was made with, was so good.
