Team strengths are going to be the senior leadership and defense. We have a tough group that gets after it defensively. We are working on it, but need to get better at handling pressure. The team's mindset is to get better everyday. We had a lot of participation this offseason and are looking for some athletes to really take a step forward this year. This is a great group to be around and they enjoy working hard everyday.
