Final Comments:
The Lakota East Girls Basketball team is returning a number of key players from last year's roster. Finishing the season last year winning 7 of our last 10 games and defeating 3 top 10 teams in Cincinnati on our way to a Sectional Title and Runner-Up finish at District Finals; this team looks to build on last year’s success and continue to produce on the court in 2021-2022. With the addition of some very good players who were injured last season along with a strong freshman class, the program looks to find success on all 3 levels. The Thunderhawks will be led by 4 seniors and the promotion or addition of some very good coaches. A very tough schedule should provide for an exciting season for the Girls Basketball program and hopefully another deep tournament run!
