Okay? So what? They probably also charge their schools a membership fee and/or require them to pay their share of the catastrophic insurance premiums...

PIAA charges a membership fee that covers catastrophic coverage. It's 500 a year on average covers the entire school year all sports.

Then ticket prices are only $5 for playoff games instead of $9. Also Ohio makes next to nothing from TV coverage.

So the first 100 fans to your first football game of the season covers your catastrophic coverage. But yes let's pretend Ohio is doing what no one else can.
