Impeachment hearings not going well for Trump

LOL...Yeah....Most successful international businessmen defraud their customers and steal money from charity and conduct themselves that way.

No, it is better to set up pseudo charitable foundations to become rich. I can't think of anyone who has done this, can you?

General contractors hire sub-contractors and contract with them to perform work. Subcontractors and GC's always have disputes; it is very common. Property owners would not be directly involved in any such disputes, if at all.

Take care.

Take a look at the legal history of any big developer, any major property owner in the collapsed Atlantic City, of Bechtel, Halliburton, Turner, Gilbane, Whiting-Turner, etc, ad infinitum

ho-hum, Trumpy

Yeah...pretty easy to identify the people here who don’t have a clue how the commercial real estate world works lol.

Where did you find anyone that is "Holding Trump out as a beacon of morality and justice"? I was just calling you out on your fantasy.

Silly.

As far as this^ post ?

1)Citing raw market gains after a crash/epic big biz bailout engineered market climb (Obama in a deck chair on a big- tugboat) to compare against accelerating the economy out of the flaccid doldrums (Trump in a 45 ft Donzi Icon, giving the Left the finger) experienced at essentially a return to recent CPI-adjusted peak when that engineered big biz bailout finally petered out is kinda stupid. Just sayin'.

Maybe you'll get this ? - https://www.macrotrends.net/1319/dow-jones-100-year-historical-chart

2) What do your employees now pay from their side of the healthcare equation ? What is the trend in their self/co-pays and deductibles ? Up "3-5% a year for the past 7 years" like yours, boss ? Are coverage levels consistent in all areas for the help ?

Maybe that doesn't matter much to you ? ...been there, saw that brand of employer apathy before... Would this chacterize you ?

3) OK

4) Boo-hoo ? What ship are you in that is not buoyed by our rising tide ?

5) see #4)

How does America not look better to you today, sans the Left Derangement Circus ?

Continue, please.
To begin with I am a registered Republican. Co-pays and deductibles have not changed and I pay the same premium as my employees. Dirty little secret on health care costs, they are driven by the health of your employees. We have a younger, healthier employee base.

There are a number of industries who's "tide" is not rising. You must be a loyal Fox news watcher who listens to Stuart Varney's drivel. And I am not complaining about my lower income.

And........Never mind not worth it

What’s your industry?

https://www.wsj.com/articles/donald-trumps-business-plan-left-a-trail-of-unpaid-bills-1465504454 This is from the Wall Street Journal, not CNN. Trump's organizations directly screwed people. But keep brining up fact less comments to defend Trump

???? So you are suggesting that prior to 1/1/19 Ukraine allowed their Minister of Defense to be a military officer of a foreign country? Are you serious? That is the dumbest thing that I ever heard in my life. This whole attack is as whacked out as pizza shop porn rings.

Let me help you. I usually don’t use a Wikipedia as a basis for fact, but what I think that suggests is that the Defense Secretary must be a Ukrainian civilian and can no longer be serving in their military.
Hey dimwit, you do know that Vindman was born in the Ukraine so its not like he is a foreigner. And yes if the Ukraine did not require the Defense Minister to be a citizen until 1/1/2019 it is possible Lieutenant Vindman could have been asked to be Ukraine's defense minister so the questions of loyalty are valid. I haven't been able to see if he may have duel citizenship so it may be a mute point if he does.

Alexander Semyon Vindman ( Aleksandr Semyonovich Vindman) and his identical twin brother, Yevgeny, were born to a Jewish family in the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic, Soviet Union.

Well, our employee costs changed DRAMATICALLY with a consistent demographic. Things mandated for coverage in both the medical and pharma sections drove prices far higher. Our coverage levels had always been determined by the users, and we end up with ACA rewriting our plan.

I find it very surprising that your plan was already in the ACA sweet spot. I'd imagine you're in health care.

Interesting. Most recent articles I’ve read haven’t mentioned any kind of downturn...most paint IT Consulting (as well as consulting in general) as doing quite well recently.

I've seen a few out-sourced IT operations, MSPs in per-user maintenance deals, recently expose themselves as over-selling their value to their "premium" customers. In simple terms up north here, it's like booting a monthly snow removal deal for a by-the-push contractor because you haven't had a bad storm in a while.

Would you call them a form of "IT Consulting"?

Well ...... Well ... Well - did Anyone Expect that ?

"I want nothing, I want nothing, I want no quid pro quo, tell President Zelensky to do the right thing."

Shifty - Must have Shizzd Himself

Sondland conveniently left out of his opening statement the single most important piece of evidence in his possession; imagine that.

Sondland: "Mr. President, what do you want from Ukraine?"

President: "I want nothing; I want nothing; no quid pro quo."

Clear, direct, first-hand, exculpatory evidence.........................yet, he left that out of his 45 minute diatribe. Then said had he included it his opening statement, it would have been an hour and a half.

Just amazing.

We specialize in an industry that has been hurt by a number of factors, none of which I would attribute to Trump, but rather market forces.

What are you talking about? Do you know the difference between civilian and citizen? The reference to 1/1/19 is to civilian. If it is not obvious to you, let me assure you, Ukraine does not allow non citizens who serve in another counties military to serve as their Secretary of Defense. Further, he does not hold dual citizenship with Ukraine. Those are facts. The entire theory of dual loyalty is ridiculous. Do you know the level of security clearances you need to go through to serve on the NSC? It is the highest clearance this country has. It is a painful rectal exam of every relationship you ever had in your life.

BTW....The government did not stage Sandy Hook.

Once he resigns his commission he is no longer a member of the military and that would make him a civilian. There are many people that participate on this board that have or have had security clearances - Moedude is one of them. We know the process and the requirements, not sure who you are trying to educate.

BTW - The government did not stage 9/11...…..
