Dear GMVWA Member Schools/Tournament Participants:
Under the current COVID-19 conditions, the Greater Miami Valley Wrestling Association’s Executive Board has made the decision to cancel the 2020 GMVWA wrestling tournament scheduled to be held at the Vandalia-Butler Student Activity Center on December 27-28, 2020.
It is unfortunate, but it is in the safest interest of all parties involved (teams and the Vandalia-Butler City School District) to cancel the tournament for this season. The tournament will return in 2021 at a date to be announced. Priority for the 2021 tournament will be given to GMVWA member teams. The application for membership is attached. The remaining teams will be filled from the normal application process.
