A FREE freestyle clinic will be held at the O'Connor Center at Moeller High School this Wednesday night from 6-8pm. Boys and girls of all ages are encouraged to attend! Athletes prepping for upcoming freestyle events will learn high level technique and throws! Germane and Joey will demonstrate technique from neutral and par tarre positions. Chaz, one of Ohio's best throwers, will demonstrate proper technique in various throwing situations. We will also be covering a lot of ground for the girls training for the upcoming Viper Pit and Olympic Club Duals!

Open to all ages: will be covering rules, freestyle tactics, along with multiple situational techniques and all basic freestyle positions.
 
Absolutely FREE once again. I’ve had multiple questions, as we introduce what we will cover starting into our freestyle club session next week.
