It is not because of the guidelines. Indoor dining is way off based on customer demand. Those restaurants cant make money because they don’t have the customers. At 50%, there are plenty of tables available.

Hindsight is 20/ 20. What would you do to stop the spread of the bat virus today ? I am sure the good Gov. of Va. followed all protocols of wearing a mask, social distancing, washing hands yet he still got covid.

How can you possibly know what most schools are doing? Do you know people who work in most schools in Ohio? Of which there are over 700?

You simply cannot claim that Ohio is fully open when you have still have government restrictions pertaining to how that business or entity is run that were not in place prior to March 12.
