fed title still possible

i haven't gotten to make it out to any of the games yet but i hear were having kind of a rough year... any thoughts on the upcomming lake game? does hoover seem like they have improved at all week to week?
 
 
King, I guess mathematically the Vikings still have a shot at winning the Fed but realistically there isn’t much of a chance if any at all of them winning another title this year. They have a few good athletes on the team but IMO not enough of them to be competitive in the Fed. The move of Kostelnik to receiver has helped the offense some but they need more. I am not saying Foote is a better QB, they both did a good job, but when both Kostelnik and Foote are on the field the team is better. They are two of the better athletes on the team. The defense has had problems stopping the run and hasn’t done much better stopping the passing game. The team has been competitive in all of the games but they just do not seem to have the overall talent to pull out a win against a good team. I hope the fans do not get down on coach Hertler, he really does not have a lot to work with this year. If what I have seen and heard of the performance of the JV team improvement next year is not very likely.
 
true a team with 2 qbs is never right because the center has to get used to one. I agree taht if you have them both on the field at the same time it would prolly work out. But dont tell me that we dont have a chance because thats what was said last year....everyone thought we'd be lucky to go 7-3 at best and we went 10-0....how many D1 players did we have? the punter and thats about it. We actually did a better job than the year before which was one of the most talented teams hoover has ever had. This sounds kind of familiar from 2 years ago....we came out 0-2 and everyone doubted us...everyone..except the players and donnie and we won out....i have confidence in the team i dont think donnie has given up on them.
