Carroll is back in D2 this year, correct? I'd assume they are one of the early favorites.

I would put Carroll in the top 3 statewide for D2 Boys

Carroll is D2, Top 3 at State for sure. I would say Waynesville, Oakwood, Eaton, and West Liberty-Salem will be in the mix at Districts and Regional. Madeira and Greenon will be strong as well.
