The Vikings (16-5, 11-2 Horizon) were able to beat up on the youngest team in the nation Green Bay (4-17, 3-9 Conf) by 16 points tonight in Cleveland. The Vikings hit 63.5% of their shots from the field compared to 42.4% for the young Phoenix. Sophomore Nate Jenkins (Delafield, WI) had a game-high 19 points for Green Bay. Freshman Cade Meyer (Monroe, WI) and Emmanuel Ansong each chipped in with 15 in the loss. For Cleveland State, Torrey Patton (Dayton, OH) led the way with 16 points, 5 assists, and 4 boards. Coming off of the bench to score 15 points for the Vikings was Jayson Woodrich (Beachwood, OH). Woodrich averages just 4.2 points on the season.
